CHURCH IDENTITY 1.0
I am not a pastor, never been to the theological seminary, never headed any church, never built a church before and I don’t own a congregation but I know something more powerful that I am A CHURCH.
I am conscious I have a music ministry (vocal cords ) to sings to my God during every service, I know I don’t have to wait for Sabbath (who cares if it’s Saturday or Sunday ) to feel God.
I know my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is God himself so I make sure I keep the facility clean and accommodating always.
When it comes to paying tithe and offertory, I know I must present my body a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable. And when it comes to preaching a sermon, I know that I should not let God’s word depart out of my mouth but meditate on it day and night and not only on Sabbath days.
I AM A COMPLETE CHURCH in architecture, plan, service and administration. The MINDSET is that I don’t go to church to have church service, I go to church as a CHURCH to meet other CHURCHES to have a fellowship from across the globe so that as ambassadors we can represent God’s Kingdom idea on earth.
I keep hearing people say the church is like a hospital. I can’t think far and madness with that concept when there are Angels in the ministry of health in heaven on a stand by waiting for a FAITHCALL (phonecall ) to render services.
#MINDSURGERY
The constitution (Bible) of my original country states that WHERE TWO OR THREE ARE GATHERED IN HIS NAME, THERE HE IS IN THEIR MIDST. I know your mind has always been trained to reason and think like everyone does but watch this. You are created in the image and likeness of a system GOD the father, son and Holy Spirit. You also have a triparted system that represents this same God on earth; Body, Soul and Spirit.
In other words, you are two or three enough to agree with your system to cause God to come into any situation or meeting with yourself. Because the principles is applicable. This is why the Bible never said where two or MORE BUT THREE.
The church filled with CHURCHES seated on pews has lost it’s IDENTITY and purpose that it has become busy but ineffective. We have become like some politicians who do nothing in terms of influence at community level but will also show up in the parliamentary house for sessions.
It has become an entity so infected that we see nothing wrong with the rate of reinfection of diseases our Lord Jesus dealt with many years ago yet we are promising the world of vaccines to diseases that kills us within. What a joke.
Listen, until the CHURCH at individual level is healed and fixed, the church at global level will still be at the sick bay deceiving itself that it is getting better yet survives on the transfusion of a new form of religious thinking through it veins. If we want to excel, take a good look at the excellence of JESUS THE CHRIST.
