Ace highlife musician, Abrantie Amakye Dede has implored Ghanaians to enrich their faith and put God first and let Him be in total control of their lives.
According to him, believers would reap bountifully should they hold on to Christ Jesus in total obedience.
Amakye Dede gave the advice at the sidelines of a thanking service at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church at Lapaz in Accra for escaping death in a ghastly accident on New Year’s Eve.
The highlife musician who said he came face-to-face with death believes God saved his life for a reason.
Amakye Dede who also lost his manager and long time friend in the accident noted that, the incident has brought him closer to God.
He bemoaned how most people have allowed worldly possessions to overshadow the real purpose of life and as a result many have lost their focus.
“Let put God first in everything we do because he is the giver of life. I believe he saved my life for a reason and I will worship him forever” he added.
Amakye Dede also encouraged Ghanaians to make God their priority as a step of abiding in God’s presence.
