Theovision International is a ministry that spreads the Gospel through Audio Bibles in indigenous languages. It was born out of the desire to reach non-readers with the Word of God in their mother tongue.

In the twenty-six (26) years that Theovision International has been in existence, we have recorded the Bible in audio in 329 indigenous African languages across 35 African countries, many being the New Testament of the Bible. Thirty-five of the languages recorded are Ghanaian languages.

In order to get the Bibles recorded in a particular language, technicians are sent to a particular village or area where the language speakers of the language to be recorded are found so that the recording can be done by the language speakers themselves.

After the recording of the Bible, it is put on a solar powered device and sent back to the language speakers so they can hear God’s voice in their own language and be transformed.

When the Audio Bibles are sent willing and committed individuals are sought and trained as facilitators for Bible listening groups. These Bible listening groups are established using the Audio Bible in the indigenous language of the people. This makes it easier for them to discuss and understand the Word of God.

Regular Bible listening sessions which are done in various rural communities where Audio Bibles have been sent is reaching hundreds with God’s Word which was previously inaccessible to them due to their inability to read.

The holistic ministry of Theovision International does not only reach the unreached with the Audio Bible but also organizes free medical outreaches in various communities, villages and prisons especially where the Audio Bible listening has been established.

In areas where there is a need to provide potable water and or toilet facilities, Theovision International mobilizes funds to sponsor such amenities.
