Theovision International as part of its agenda of creating awareness for the ministry, particularly among the youth presents God Speaks Your Language (GOSPYL) Celebration 2016
The event is also geared at celebrating the fact that God speaks our languages and raising an army of life-transformers through missionary work and is under the theme “Reaching non-readers with the Word”.
This musical festival will be held on the 20th of March, 2016 at the Revival Restoration Centre (RRC), Assemblies of God Church, Roman Ridge, Accra from 4:00-8:00pm.
Sharing in this vision and celebration are Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Nii Okai, Naa Mercy, Pastor David Asamoa, Uncle Ato and other seasoned ministers.
According to organizers, proceeds from the GOSPYL Celebration 2016 event, will be channeled into the ministry of sending Audio Bible in indigenous languages to rural communities that have not been reached with the Word yet.
If God speaks your language and you are proud of this fact and also want to praise him by helping others then you certainly have to join Theovision International at GOSPYL Celebration 2016.
Theovision International is a ministry that spreads the Gospel through Audio Bibles in indigenous languages. It was born out of the desire to reach non-readers with the Word of God in their mother tongue.
In the twenty-six (26) years that Theovision International has been in existence, we have recorded the Bible in audio in 329 indigenous African languages across 35 African countries, many being the New Testament of the Bible. Thirty-five of the languages recorded are Ghanaian languages.
In order to get the Bibles recorded in a particular language, technicians are sent to a particular village or area where the language speakers of the language to be recorded are found so that the recording can be done by the language speakers themselves.
After the recording of the Bible, it is put on a solar powered device and sent back to the language speakers so they can hear God’s voice in their own language and be transformed.
When the Audio Bibles are sent willing and committed individuals are sought and trained as facilitators for Bible listening groups. These Bible listening groups are established using the Audio Bible in the indigenous language of the people. This makes it easier for them to discuss and understand the Word of God.
Regular Bible listening sessions which are done in various rural communities where Audio Bibles have been sent is reaching hundreds with God’s Word which was previously inaccessible to them due to their inability to read.
The holistic ministry of Theovision International does not only reach the unreached with the Audio Bible but also organizes free medical outreaches in various communities, villages and prisons especially where the Audio Bible listening has been established.
In areas where there is a need to provide potable water and or toilet facilities, Theovision International mobilizes funds to sponsor such amenities.
