Gospel Singer Ohemaa Mercy has welcomed a new member into the family.
The singer successfully delivered on Tuesday February 10, 2015 at the Medifem Hospital and Fertility Centre in Accra.
Her excited husband and manager, Mr. Isaac Twum Ampofo, confirmed this saying “We thank God for successfully bringing us the beautiful baby boy, we thank all who prayed for us and those who have been calling since Tuesday to wish us well and we thank doctors, nurses and staff of Medifem Hospital and Fertility Centre”.

The “Obeye Kese” singer took to her Facebook Page to Thank God for her safe delivery saying “May his name be glorified forever in Jesus name. Thank God 4 safe delivery. Hallelujah. The devil has lost again n he will forever be a loser.Help me say thank you to Jesus for his goodness. Thank you Jesus for sparing my life once again and blessing me with this precious gift. All I say is thank you. Mydear your testimony is right at the corner. People will wonder how it happen.Don’t give up keep on Fighting On”
Ohemaa Mercy also took to the same medium to share her great testimony of how she had received prophecy years ago after marriage, that she was NEVER going to give birth.
She posted “Come and See what the Lord has done. Years past after my wedding I was prophesied to, that I will never give birth. But my Jesus never forsake me. Awwww join me say thank you to our king Jesus. What is your situation like?Actually I want the hopeless once. Let me assured u that an answer to your prayer is knocking at your door now as I write. Open with me in prayer and take it in Jesus name. Our God is a mighty God. Hallelujah. Is time for u To testify of his goodness. God bless u”
This will be Ohemaa Mercy’s third son after her first born Kofi Nyamekye Twum Ampofo -12 and 8 years old Kofi Nhyira Twum Ampofo.
Her husband, Isaac disclosed the name of the new baby boy as Kwabena Aseda Twum Ampofo.
