Today is yet another day, where you may be excused from work.
Yet another day, where you may escape all the busy schedules and noise.
Yet a perfect day, to have your Quite-time on Time.
Another day to enjoy a “Holiday” in a “Holy” mood as a “Holy-day”.
Yet another day, to stay purer and closer to Him who sits up there.
Another day, to give Him your Time and not your Mime,
Cos you have Dined and Wined the whole month, now give him your Time and Mind this whole day.
Another day to shift focus from the Youthful Temptations into Prayer Dedications.
To pause your “Self-Hype” and be the “Worship-Type”
To reconnect to the Source to Toss away your Loss.
A day you can Fast & Pray not Lust & Play,
One that you can Focus on the Land of your God,
To remove the Locust from Land you have Ploughed.
Why not go and Preach instead of the Beach,
Or better still go and Preach at the Beach.
Maybe not as a Pastor, but as a “Funster”
Maybe not with your Bibles in Hand, but with your Values in Mind.
So go on and enjoy a Holy-day on this Holiday in a unique Way,
And may it Bring you lots of memories that will make you Smile in the Light rather than a Bite in your Heart
