Unstoppable Daughters Set Another Milestone with #DaughtersBack2back Concert

After blazing the stage and the Ghanaian music industry for 29years, Daughters of Glorious Jesus have set yet another milestone that will up the standards in the industry.
The trio are one of few groups including Tagoe sisters, Alabaster box and Soul Winners that have braved the odds, and stuck together for years adorning the music industry with classic hit songs that will live after their exit.

In a bid to encourage many more musicians to tow their line, Daughters of Glorious Jesus have endorsed and introduced into the industry a new trio who they believe will continue on the same path with the stage name Double D meaning Daughters Of Daughters of Glorious Jesus
The introduction happened after a masterclass performance at the ‘back2back concert’ organised at the Charismatic Evangelical Ministry, North Legon.
The trio who showcased the talent at the event showed beyond doubt that they have prospects for the future. Their performance, voice quality, stagecraft and connection with the audience set them apart.
Cynthia, a member of Daughters of Glorious Jesus, recounted how they were mentored by a pastor who later gave them the exposure and chance to grow and be who they wanted to be. She added that their story inspired them to also adopt Double D and motivate them in whatever way possible and set them on the right path.

This is indeed an action worth commending. If our papas and senior musicians will all adopt someone as Joe Mettle and Daughters have shown with Luigi and the Double D, the gospel industry will not lack good content.
We complain about good content like the old people but most of them go to their grave without leaving behind anything for their next generation.
It’s time the body of Christ gives the DoubleD the needed support and push as Daughters got and I am sure this young music group, the new daughters (DoubleD) will succeed.
Daughters legacy will live on.
