Sonnie Badu to organize new music awards with neutral people, as his new resolution?

Could Sonnie Badu be giving us hint of an upcoming awards scheme he’s planning; possibly a music awards scheme since he is a musician?
Well, the UK-based Ghanaian musician, took to his Instagram page today to first of all advise organizers of awards schemes to revise their ways of organizing awards, and to also share a possible venture into organizing of awards himself.
The multiple award winning musician believes whiles awards are good, there is a high possibility of they causing unnecessary confusion between persons the awards are supposed to celebrate.
The ‘Baba’ hit singer observed that it is the joy of any musician to be recognized for their hard work especially when it is done by a credible institution because awards can prove your success.
Sonnie Badu, who has been nominated in four categories – ‘Album of the Year’, ‘Gospel Artiste of the Year’, ‘Gospel Song of the Year’, and ‘Album of the Year’ in this year’s Ghana Music Awards – said in his post…

In my view, Awards are very good. Very good in the sense that, as a full time musician you have something to show your children, you have something to prove success was recognized, and that’s something they can look up to.
I would rather my kids have me to look up to, than look up to others. With this being said, I will really like to advice the groups , organizers and companies who have the passion for putting these things together. Pls pls pls pls pls , get all your facts right.
Know exactly what you are doing, refrain from causing confusion between individuals, refrain from personal agenda. How does an artist manager become part of a high profile organization board for an award show? I don’t quite get that.
How does the absence of an artist from attending a show because he/she is pre-booked automatically disqualify him or her from being nominated? When in history has it ever been mandatory to be present to be granted an award ? Remember, this is someone’s hard work , the law of karma is so interesting…..anyway my new resolution is to organize awards shows with neutral people involved for clarity sake…..”
