Last year was scintillating and this year is going to be overwhelming, VICTORY SERVICE RELOADED.
Ahead of Jesus Factor experience this year, GospelGh interviewed founder of the host choir, David Fortunatus Tagoe popularly known as Jloopz, about the Victory Service Reloaded program. This how the dialogue was on a conducive weather:
GospelGh: Hi, what’s the concept for this year’s Victory Service Reloaded, dubbed “Jesus Factor”?
Jloopz: This concept is actually a reloaded of last year’s victory service (it’s actually a service) because we allow spontaneous worship, people to feel free or to fall under the atmosphere of the Holy Spirits. Last year was overwhelming because it got to a point of ministration (we only had 4 songs ministered) where we couldn’t even move on, due to the Holy Spirits.
We don’t have to go through the arrangement of the program methodically, so this year is going to be a replica of what happened last year and we know that God is going to show up and that’s the absolute IDENTITY and make sure His people live, filled up and ready to go into the next level.
GospelGh: Notwithstanding, will the venue hold the capacity of the people coming?
Jloopz: Fortunately and unfortunately we have quite a big venue (Victory Bible Church) that can take over 3,000 people and we just trust God that we can fill it up or make good use of it, we pray and know after last years’ experience us yearning for the upgrade you spoke about and yearning for more. So definitely after the news broke out that there was outpouring, was a revival last year this year is surely going to be a good one and people are going to be under greater expectation.
GospelGh: Who and What should we expect?
Jloopz: There are 2 surprise elements the first one is, we had a challenge which is ‘The Jesus Factor Challenge’ (JFC) and we had over 18-20 people taking part, the winners are going to be opening the show namely Maame, Greg and Vanessa. Then, we have another interesting package which is the ‘Overflow Stage Movie’.
It’s incredible, we are going to see a movie and a stage act as soon as Overflow gets on stage, and the movie begins. Our ministration is a MOVIE and I know it’s someway….so it’s a surprise and I think they shouldn’t be left out. There’s a surprise minister also coming whether a male or a female aside the artistes ministering this year, Ceccy Twum, Naa Mercy, Calvis Hammond and Kobby Mantey.
GospelGh: What packages do Overflow Incorporated and Thrivent Entertainment Group have for us?
Jloopz: We have interesting packages for choirs, all they have to do is to call us (Overflow Inc.) and it’s so interesting. You know we are a choir so we encourage choirs coming together to share ideas, to updates ourselves; so it’s a privilege having choirs and groups come as well.
GospelGh: Your last take to the Overflow family out there…
