Joe Mettle Launches 'God of Miracles' Album And Again Takes 1st Position on iTunes

Artist of the year at the 2017 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, Joe Mettle on Saturday, November 11 launched his forth album, “God of Miracles” at the First Love Centre of the Lighthouse Chapel International, Madina.
The album was recorded live at this year’s Praiz Reloaded Concert which was staged at the Accra International Conference Centre on Sunday, June 25.
The 13-track album which is a blend of English and local orientation features other outstanding Gospel Artists like Nathaniel Bassey, Akesse Brempong, Ohemaa Mercy, Kingz Kid, and Luigi Maclean.
Some of the songs on the album are “Bo Noo Ni”, “God of Miracles”, “Higher”, “Crown Him”, Yesu Adi Nkunim, “Amen” and “Ayeyi  Ndwom”.
All the songs on the album were written by Joe Mettle in exception of “God of Miracles” which was written by Pastor Edwin Dadson and “Ga Praise”, “The Experience”, “Ogya” which are credited to the public domain.
Saturday’s launch which was equally a mini-concert by the Joe Mettle Ministries assembled hundreds of Gospel Music fanatics, Men of God, and some notable gospel artists in the person of Ceccy Twum, Cwecy Oteng, Akesse Brempong, Ohemaa Mercy, and Kingz Kid.

Akesse took the frontier and as usual, he shook the auditorium with his powerful ministration. His ability to rally the fans to sing along energized the atmosphere in preparation towards the presence of Joe whom the fans were longing to encounter.
Joe Mettle who was full of gratitude for the love showed him charged the gathering with some impactful songs he recorded in the past that have stood the test of time. “Sing Hallelujah” for instance was received with shouts of joy.

The deputy General Overseer of the Christ Evangelistic Ministry (CEM), Rev. Stanley Mensah officially launched and dedicated the album to the glory of God. He uttered words of benediction onto the album as well as the Joe Mettle Ministry by saying “everywhere that this song will be played, there shall be miracles because He is the God of miracles.”

“I pray that this album will go far and touch lives. When your motive is right, your album goes far. I encourage upcoming gospel artists to focus on the power than the money. Even in our quest to make money, let’s leave worship alone. People should not pay to worship God. You should rather sponsor worship so that non-believers can experience god in another way,” he said.

Bishop Eddie Fabin led the gathering to raise funds in support of the Joe Mettle Ministry. “It is time we appreciate those God has given to us. It is time we support them by purchasing their albums,” he said.

Some fans were offered the platform to share how Joe’s ministration had impacted their lives. Amazing stories were testified to the Glory of God. A gentleman from Togo recounted how impactful Joe’s songs are faring in the region.

The climax of the night’s event saw Joe, Akesse, and Kingz Kid arrest the stage with a stunning performance of their song, “Higher”. Ohemaa Mercy was not left out. Although she was not scheduled to perform that night, her inclusion was equally awesome.
Meanwhile less than 48hours after his launch, the God Of Miracles album is seen taking 1st place under Top Albums on iTunes.
