The Church Of Pentecost Is Leader In Our Generation -Rev. Korankye Ankra

The first vice chairman of the Ghana Pentecost and Charismatic Council (GPCC), Rev.Sam Korankye-Ankra, has asserted that God has raised The Church of Pentecost (COP) as a leader in this generation. He eulogized the leadership of the COP for leading the Church to chalk great strides over the years.
Rev. Korankye-Ankra, who is the Apostle-General of the Royal House Chapel International, said this when addressing the 42nd Session of the General Church Meetings of the Church of Pentecost Convention Center (PCC), Gomoa Fetteh on Wednesday, May 11, 2016.
Shedding light on the theme of the Church for 2016,”Hearing and Obeying the Lord’s Voice in my Generation”. (1 Samuel 3:9-10),he stated that in this time when the media is paraded with magic, falsehood and sorcery, “God has  raised The Church of Pentecost to be a father, mentor and provide leadership for the body of Christ in Ghana and beyond.
He added:  “The Church of Pentecost has no choice, because God has raised her as a leader in our Generation.
He therefore called on The Church of Pentecost to lead the body of Christ to seek the face of God as to which direction God is leading the nation in connection with the forthcoming December 7 general elections.
Rev.Korankye-Ankra further admonish Christians to vote according to the leadings of God but not on tribal and parochial lines.
Commenting further on the Church’s theme for the year, he revealed that God would never speak unless His servants are willing to hear.
He further observed from the theme text that there is two generation of our time- an ‘Eli Generation’ and ‘Samuel Generation’, indicating that God was expecting the Eli generation to teach the latter how to hear and understand His voice with clarity.
He, however, said the Eli generation, instead of teaching the younger generation how to hear the Lord’s voice, rather asked the boy Samuel to go and sleep. “In the same light God raised The Church of Pentecost to teach and impact this generation in recognizing the voice of God the Lord,” he stressed.
