Ghanian musician Celestine Donkor who in recent times taken her ministry across the world, has been nominated as Female artist of the year (east,west and central Africa) in the upcoming Sauti Awards.
Celestine is also billed to perform live at the event.
Sauti Awards is an award presented annually by Sauti One to honor excellence in the African gospel recording industry. “Sauti” is a Swahili word that means “voice.”

The Sauti Awards  scheme which is in its fourth year provides a stage for African gospel artists to showcase their God-given talents. The aim is to inspire and in oneness reignite a passion for God, people, and music.
This year’s edition of sauti awards well be held at Riverstone Church in Georgia, US, on 27 and 28 July.
